How I went from struggling to create more leads and sales to doubling my sales multiple years in a row.

There I was, an outside salesman at an industrial sales company in Pensacola, trying to focus on selling more to my top customers while still growing sales with my entire list of customers. All while growing my list of prospects.

The thing is, at the time, I was faced the fact that I simply didn't have the time in the day to make sales visits to every single customer on my roster.

The big problem was that each customer was vitally important in their own right, but I spent a lot of time driving from customer to customer.

That meant if I couldn't consistently maintain contact with my customers or steadily grow my prospects, then my sales would eventually start declining, which eventually cost me one of my biggest customers because I had an appointment with a different customer at a time that he needed me.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened...

I had a brainstorm about creating value-centered content and using automation to deliver it to my contacts and social media!

Instantly it became crystal clear to me how to position myself as the authority and maintain a quality connection with my customer list and prospects, because I saw I could focus my time on my top 20% of my list, plus prospecting while leveraging the right tools to keep in touch with the rest of my contacts.

My plan was to start researching the best tools to use in order to deliver results even when I couldn't manually do all the work myself.

So I started collecting and organizing all the contact information of every single contact on my customer roster. But we didn't stop there.

We then created a series of personalized email messages, plus I created value-centered content that served my customers and also highlighted our products and services.

After that, we launched a largely automated system that positioned me as the go-to authority, and it helped me to land one of the biggest clients our branch has ever had, which essentially doubled my sales for multiple years in a row.

Building on that success, I decided to leave that secure job that was going so well to offer this solution to businesses everywhere.
