Have an idea for a business? Great! But as Michael Hobbs shares, there will be some big lessons learned.

Let’s take pride, for instance. Michael says, “Sometimes you have to put your pride in your pocket.” Our pride can cause us to make some terrible decisions. But on the flip side, he also says how his pride has kept him from giving up and quitting.
We also talk about your team. You need to know who’s in your corner. There are three areas that we talk about. Your spouse, your employees, and also business vendors and associates/partners.
