In the past, we have discussed using custom audiences such as:

  1. How to use the Facebook pixel on your website to retarget those people I’ve also talked about
  2. How to upload your database into Facebook so that you can retarget those people

But did you know there are other ways that you can do this too?

People that have engaged with your Facebook page in some way. Different types of engagements may be they gave your post a like, that gave it a heart, they’ve clicked on it, they’ve shared it with somebody, people that have watched videos on your Facebook page. Retarget those people by setting them as your custom audiences for your retargeting ads.

Specially, you could also utilize your existing customers by creating a look-alike audience in your Facebook Ads Manager. This is like you’re saying to Facebook,  “I want you to go find more people just like people that have already paid me money for something.”

That’s pretty awesome! So keep that in mind as you’re building your audiences in your Facebook Ads manager.
